Late Fees Postponed to June 1st!

For our members affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Glenshire Devonshire Residents Association is postponing Late Fees for 2020 Annual Dues and Special Assessment from April 1, 2020 to June 1, 2020. If you need extra time beyond the June 1, 2020 deadline, please contact Lori for payment plan options prior to
May 15, 2020.

Closure of Association Office & Clubhouse

Association Office & Clubhouse | Closed starting March 16

Due to health and safety concerns surrounding COVID-19, the Glenshire Devonshire Office & Clubhouse will close beginning Monday, March 16 through Friday, April 3. (subject to change, please visit our website for updates).  We will continue to closely monitor emerging information from the CDC and California Department of Health and evaluate future operations as we have more information.

Glenshire Devonshire Association staff will be available remotely (info@glenshiredevonshire.com)

  • Lifeguards: $13.25 – $16 (DOE)
  • Pass Office $12.25 (DOE)
  • Instructors/lifeguards eligible for up to $200 reimbursement for certification classes
  • Maintenance $18.00+ (DOE) may include post summer hrs
