Reserve the Clubhouse, Gazebo, or Pool Pavilion for your next event
- First make sure the facility is available on the date you’d like to rent it by contacting the Association office. Please call or email us to check availability. 530-587-6202 . reservations@glenshiredevonshire.com
- Once you have determined that the day/time is available, please complete the Rental Agreement, a check for the hours you are renting and a separate check for the deposit (both made out to GDRA) as stated on the rental agreement. - Clubhouse facility:
- Rental Price is $50/ hour; with a $750 deposit, MAX Occupancy 75
- A completed rental application/agreement and payment of fees are needed to reserve the clubhouse
- Setup & clean up time must be included in hours
- All events must be over at 10pm.
- For weddings and large parties (50+) a cleaning deposit is also required.
- There are 12 8ft tables, 10 6ft tables, 5 4ft square tables, 1 3ft round table and 2 3ft square tables.
- There are approximately 60 metal chairs and 56 padded chairs.
- There is a microwave, two ovens, cooktop and fridge with freezer.
- There is one bathroom on the main floor and additional facilities on the bottom floor.

- Gazebo:
- $25 per hour with a $100 deposit
- Please complete facility rental agreement and return with checks to the GDRA office.
- There are 4 picnic tables
- No charcoal grills are allowed.
