Glenshire/Devonshire is the ultimate community for access to many recreational and business opportunities. Located in the east end of the Historic Town of Truckee a ten minute drive separates Glenshire from the hustle and bustle of the Main Historic district. A short cut to highway 80 from the east end of Glenshire puts the Reno area within a 30 minute drive. Our location provides an abundance of recreational options for all seasons with 10 downhill and 5 cross country areas within a 40 minute drive. Summer brings 2 rivers and 6 lakes, such as Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe, within a 30 minutes drive. Glenshire/Devonshire is a planned community for single family residential homes. It consists of 4 units with 1357 individually owned properties and 236 acres of “open space.”
Amenities include a clubhouse with a large open floor space and a small kitchen that is perfect for small and large gatherings. There are also two tennis courts, half court basketball, seasonal swimming pool and wading pool, gazebo / BBQ area, playground and lawn area all overlooking an 11 acre lake
