Pool Update

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we have navigated the waters of opening the pool this summer. We tentatively plan on opening Wednesday, August 5th, 2020. Sign ups will begin on July 29th, 2020.

Further instructions will be sent and posted as we get closer to the opening date. Pre-paid reservations for the day and time slot will be required.

Please be aware that opening can stop at any time due to state and county guidelines and/or the safety of our members and staff.

Pack up the pool bag and the sunscreen,
we are excited to see you!

* Please make sure you have your user name and password for eSoft (this is how you reserve and pay for your time slot) before hand so you are ready to go! If you are a new homeowner or having trouble logging in, please email glenshiredevonshire@gmail.com.

2020 Board of Directors Election Update

There were two (2) open seats on the Board for the 2020 election, but as of the close of nominations, there was only one (1) candidate. Only owners who placed their name into nomination before the deadline are eligible to be on the ballot and elected.

As a result, since the election outcome is inevitable, the Board has decided it is in the best interests of the Association to not send out ballots, and to just appoint the candidate to the Board for a full term. This will save a considerable amount of money, but still ensure the person interested in serving on the Board can do so.

The remaining vacant seat will be filled separately by the Board once the Board is able to choose a qualified member. We are grateful for the willingness of this candidate to serve, and look forward to welcoming our new director, who will be announced at our next meeting.

Late Fees Postponed to June 1st!

For our members affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Glenshire Devonshire Residents Association is postponing Late Fees for 2020 Annual Dues and Special Assessment from April 1, 2020 to June 1, 2020. If you need extra time beyond the June 1, 2020 deadline, please contact Lori for payment plan options prior to
May 15, 2020.

The Glenshire Devonshire Residents Association Office and Facilities are closed due to governmental orders and concerns re: the COVID-19 until further notice.

Closure of Association Office & Clubhouse

Association Office & Clubhouse | Closed starting March 16

Due to health and safety concerns surrounding COVID-19, the Glenshire Devonshire Office & Clubhouse will close beginning Monday, March 16 through Friday, April 3. (subject to change, please visit our website for updates). We will continue to closely monitor emerging information from the CDC and California Department of Health and evaluate future operations as we have more information.
