2026 Annual Dues / 3-Pay Plan Information
GDRA annual Homeowners’ assessment of $561 is due in full by March 1, 2026.
Payment plans are equal payments of three installments made on the 1st of January, February and March 2026. Members may establish a payment plan with the Association by mailing the first minimum payment of $187.00. The payments should be paid online or postmarked by January 1, February 1 and March 1, 2026 (10 day grace period applies). A 10% late fee applies on April 1, 2026 for dues not paid in full by March 1, 2026.
