SPECIAL BOARD MEETING – CLICK HERE FOR AGENDA

The focus of Monday’s meeting is for the board to complete the review of the Governing Documents Review Committee’s recommended changes to the Proposed Governing Documents. so we can then prepare for member feedback on the full draft documents!
This will then begin the owner’s review and comment period where plenty of member comment sessions will be scheduled to receive member feedback. We strongly encourage you to participate by asking questions and offering your input! These documents will then be put out for vote only after member feedback has been obtained.
If you already have questions or comments, we also encourage you to email lori@glenshiredevonshire.com by 5pm Friday 2/24/23. Your comment will be distributed to the board to consider for this meeting. You can find updates and more information about the process on the GDRA website here.

MAIN TOPIC:PROPOSED GOVERNING DOCUMENTS REVISIONS – Recommended edits to the proposed Governing Documents created by the Governing Documents Revision Committee will be reviewed and considered by our Board, and the changes can be accepted or modified.  Once that review is complete, the updated documents and summary of changes will be made available to the members, and meetings to discuss feedback will be scheduled. We encourage all members to take advantage of opportunities to discuss and ask questions at review meetings before the documents are finalized and put to vote!
