Virtually & at Clubhouse. This meeting will continue the revision process for the proposed Governing Documents. The goal is to create the final version of CC&R’s and Bylaws that will then be put out for Member vote soon.

  At Monday’s meeting the Board will do a final review of Member comments on proposed Governing Documents, and determine possible revisions based on that feedback. Continue review and consideration of recommended edits from the Governing Documents Review Committee and Board
