Please Note: This Regular Board meeting will start at 3PM, with the first 2.5 hours planned for the Governing Documents Election ballot opening and counting. If it is determined an adequate number of ballots were not received, or an ample number of inspectors are not available to hold the election, this agenda item will be postponed to a future Board meeting.  The regular portion of the meeting is planned to start at 5:30PM
