This is a bit like reminding you when your appointment for a root canal will be but the 2016 annual assessment of $330 is due February 1, 2016. Please have the payment to the GDRA offices by then to prevent a late fee.

The special assessment for the pool rebuild project is due March 1, 2016

The special assessment can be paid in full by March 1, 2016 for a discounted rate of $830 or you may chose to pay in 5 annual payments starting March 1, 2016 of $187 for a total of $933.
