As a reminder, you should have received your annual assessment invoice in the mail. The 2017 annual assessment will remain flat at $330, with no increase over 2016. The annual assessment is due on Jan. 1, 2017 and a delinquency fee of 10% applies if not paid by February 1, 2017.
