GDRA Clubhouse, Gazebo, or Pool Pavilion Available for Member Rentals!
How to Reserve Space at the Glenshire/Devonshire Facilities
- Contact the Association office to inquire if the facility is available on the date you’d like to rent it. Please call us at (530)587-6202 or email us at reservations@glenshiredevonshire.com to check availability.
- If your day/time is available, then follow the steps in the Reservation Process and submit all your paperwork to the Association office at reservations@glenshiredevonshire.com. The paperwork includes a Rental Agreement, a GDRA Liability Waiver, and a copy of your homeowner’s insurance as proof of additional coverage. The Association office will invoice you for the event. You can either pay by card or ACH through your owner payment portal, or by delivering a check for the hours you are renting and a separate check for the deposit (both made out to GDRA).

Facility Details
Clubhouse
- The Rental fee is $50/ hour; with a $750 deposit
- MAX Occupancy: 75 persons
- A completed Rental Agreement/Liability Waiver/Proof of Home Insurance/Payment of fees are needed to reserve the Clubhouse
- Setup & clean up time must be included in reserved hours
- All events must be over by no later than 10pm
- There is one bathroom on the main floor and additional facilities on the bottom floor
- A cleaning deposit is required for weddings and large parties (50+)

Gazebo
- $25 per hour with a $125 deposit
- MAX Occupancy: 50 persons
- A completed Rental Agreement/Liability Waiver/Proof of Home Insurance/Payment of fees are needed to reserve the Gazebo
- Setup & clean up time must be included in reserved hours
- All events must be over by no later than 10pm
- There is a portable restroom next to the Gazebo, or you may use the Clubhouse/Pool restrooms during open office/pool hours
- No charcoal grills are allowed
- Other prohibited items include: confetti, glitter, and helium-filled balloons
- There are 6 picnic tables
Pool Pavilion
- $25 per hour with a $125 deposit
- MAX Occupancy: 35 persons
- A completed Rental Agreement/Liability Waiver/Proof of Home Insurance/Payment of fees are needed to reserve the Pool Pavilion
- Setup & clean up time must be included in reserved hours
- There are restrooms available at the Pool facilities
- No charcoal grills are allowed
- Other prohibited items include: confetti, glitter, and helium-filled balloons
- Day Passes for pool guests without a pool pass is $5
