- When: Summer: Tuesday/Thursday 7:30 AM – 8:30AM (fall changes to 9:30 am)
- Where: Glenshire Clubhouse
- What: BYOM – Bring your own Yoga Mat (and blocks if you’d like to)
- Cost: $15 drop in, $60 for 5 pack
