Tree Removal Requests

Please complete a Tree Removal Request Form if you want to remove a tree from your property.

You can submit this form through two methods. You can download the PDF Tree Removal Request Form and email the completed form to info@glenshiredevonshire.com. OR, you can complete the Tree Removal Request Form using the online form at the bottom of this page and your response will be automatically emailed to GDRA Staff.

*Please mark trees with ribbon or other material upon submission of this request (no paint). *Please submit photos of the trees you want removed. *Please submit an Arborist report, if available. *Removal of trees less than 10" DBH, dead trees, or trees within 10' of a structure foundation may be GDRA Staff approved. *A Design Review Committee application submission may be required.
