2026 Pool Software Update!
If you received an email from a software called Esoft Planner in the last week, that was an account activation email from our updated pool software. You can follow the link in the email to review and set up your account for the 2026 Season. Please make sure all household Members are added to the account before showing up for the pool this summer. Early Bird Pricing for Amenity Access Fees 2026!
Early bird pricing will be available from March 1st to May 31st. The Early Bird pricing is a $5 discount on both Amenity Access Fee #1 and #2.
The regular full-price Amenity Access #1 (Pool/Sports Courts/Playground) price will be $55 per Member ages 3 and up. Members age 70 years and older are free. More details can be found by logging into your Esoft account, or reviewing the 2026 Facilities Policy.
Pool Season is coming!
The pool is planned to open on Memorial Day weekend, May 23-25, 2026, weather and staff allowing.
Pool Passes are now available for purchase! Follow the set-up steps through your account activation email from Esoft Planner. If you did not receive an email, then please call the office or contact pool@glenshiredevonshire.com and staff will help you.
After Opening Weekend, the pool will be open for weekends only, staff availability permitting, until school is out of session. Daily lap swim should commence once school is out. An exact start date for the start of the 2026 summer season will be released as soon as staffing is finalized.
