Just a reminder that there is a special assessment due on March 1, 2016. This may be paid by a one time discounted rate of $830 if paid in full by March 1, 2016 or you may pay in 5 annual payments of $187 with the first installment due March 1, 2016 and annually through 2020. You can pay by check or cash at the GDRA offices or we will soon have a payment link set up on our web site so you can use your credit card.
